Welcome to a new year of Pre-k
Our year started off with a large interest in paper crafts. The children worked at the writing center using and sharing crayons, markers, scissors, and of course, tape! They got to know each other by sharing their creations and teaching each other new things.
As you can see they were very busy making masks, puppets, letters, and drawings. These experiences are not only very important to early literacy skills but they provide many valuable opportunities to work and share together while becoming a classroom community.
